Torresan is made up solely of the Torresan Forest, bordered by the Mountains of Nerous-taan to the east, the Sea of Heredia to the south, the Miaford Commonwealth to the west, and the Kingdom of Langington to the north. The Tylvanee River, flowing from the southern bay of Lake Gideon, cuts Torresan nearly in half, spilling into Crystal Lake before continuing on to the Sea of Heredia.

Unlike the Kingdoms of Langington, Jordyen, and Aarenki, as well as many of the other territories in Western Glashia, Torresan does not have a governing court, although many believe that a Fpathen druid of great power by the name of Neissen of the Snow rules over the smallest nation in Western Glashia from its capital city of Aalsmoor, located on the western coast of Crystal Lake.

Very little is known of Torresan, for the nation's inhabitants--comprised of nearly all the races in Western Glashia, including some benevolent orcs and goblinkind---don't much care for visitors to their nation, although trade alliances have been established between Torresan and other nations of Western Glashia. Several myths and legends surround the wooded nation, telling of its capital city Aalsmoor and how the power of light found there--pure and untainted--has the ability to turn the black hearts of the wicked and cruel into hearts yearning for peace and hope.

Although trading alliances have been established, Torresan has refused to sign any form of peace treaty with any other nation in Western Glashia. Some say that they even shun assisting the Fpathen and Pseithen of the nations of Jahhne and Kinashae, despite the fact that Neissen of the Snow is said to be a true Fpathen himself. Torresan has chosen a neutral position in regards to the other nations, and asks for nothing from them except to be left alone.
